We are hosts at heart.

We’re Heather and Terrence—husband-and-wife team and the hosts behind Apollo Fields.

For more than a decade, we’ve worked in the wedding and hospitality world, photographing and being part of over 350 weddings.

Along the way, we’ve learned that the most meaningful moments aren’t found in rigid timelines or grand gestures, but in the in-between—shared meals, unguarded laughter, and the feeling of being truly welcomed. We are deeply committed to making life’s big moments feel memorable, personal, and grounded in connection.

Long before Apollo Fields became a venue, hosting was already a constant in our lives. Dinner parties came first—slow meals, full tables, conversations that stretched late into the evening—followed by catering our own wedding in 2018. From there, that foundation naturally expanded into hosting and cooking for weddings, showers, and private celebrations.

Apollo Fields is a private equestrian estate designed for intimate celebrations—weddings, dinner parties, showers, and meaningful gatherings that feel more like hosting friends at home than attending an event.

Our hope is that from the moment you arrive, everything feels relaxed, thoughtful, and unhurried.

THE FIRST “I DO” IN THE GREAT ROOM

Every space has a beginning — a moment when it shifts from concept to something alive. For Apollo Fields, that moment came with Ana and Paulo.

  • A woman with a veil over her face wearing a wedding dress, holding a bouquet of flowers outdoors near a house.
