About Us

We are hosts at heart.

We’re Heather and Terrence—husband-and-wife team and the hosts behind Apollo Fields.

For more than a decade, we’ve worked in the wedding and hospitality world, photographing and being part of over 350 weddings.

Along the way, we’ve learned that the most meaningful moments aren’t found in rigid timelines or grand gestures, but in the in-between—shared meals, unguarded laughter, and the feeling of being truly welcomed. We are deeply committed to making life’s big moments feel memorable, personal, and grounded in connection.

Long before Apollo Fields became a venue, hosting was already a constant in our lives. Dinner parties came first—slow meals, full tables, conversations that stretched late into the evening—followed by catering our own wedding in 2018. From there, that foundation naturally expanded into hosting and cooking for weddings, showers, and private celebrations.

Our Story

Hospitality has always been part of our language, shaping how we gather people and how we care for them.

Who We Are

This property has always carried that same spirit. Dinners turned into long conversations. Celebrations lingered. Relationships extended well beyond the event itself. Apollo Fields is simply the natural extension of that—designed with intention, care, and experience.

Family is at the center of everything we do. We have two boys, and we love immersing them in our work and passions, letting them see what it means to build something with intention. Horses and land have always been part of our lives—Heather has ridden her entire life, and now the boys are beginning their own journey in the equestrian world. That connection to land, animals, and rhythm informs how this place is cared for and shared.

Apollo Fields is not just what we do—it’s how we live.
