Who We Are

Our property has always carried the spirit of hospitality. Dinners turned into long conversations. Celebrations lingered. Relationships extended well beyond the event itself. Apollo Fields is simply the natural extension of that—designed with intention, care, and experience.

Family is at the center of everything we do. We have two boys, and we love immersing them in our work and passions, letting them see what it means to build something with intention. Horses and land have always been part of our lives—Heather has ridden her entire life, and now the boys are beginning their own journey in the equestrian world. That connection to land, animals, and rhythm informs how this place is cared for and shared.
