The Venue
Flemington, New Jersey
An estate meant to feel personal
Apollo Fields is not a traditional wedding venue. It’s a private property designed to feel lived-in and welcoming, with spaces that encourage connection rather than choreography.
Apollo Fields is rooted in the quiet beauty of Hunterdon County—
Rolling farmland, equestrian landscapes, and a sense of history that feels both grounded and enduring. This is a place where land is respected, details are understated, and gatherings unfold naturally.
For Heather, this setting is deeply personal. In 2008, she spent a gap year living on this very property with the last family to call it home, pursuing riding in a much more serious way. Having grown up on a farm and ridden horses her entire life, returning here years later feels less like arriving somewhere new and more like coming home.

Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve gathered answers to our most commonly asked questions below to help you quickly understand how events unfold at Apollo Fields.
-
Up to 50 guests (vendors not included).
We intentionally keep our celebrations intimate, because smaller gatherings allow the experience to feel more personal, relaxed, and deeply connected. With fewer guests, there’s more time for meaningful moments, unhurried conversations, and thoughtful details that don’t get lost in the shuffle. It also allows us to host with care—offering a level of attention, flow, and hospitality that’s simply not possible at a larger scale.
-
Quite the opposite.
We intentionally limit our calendar to just two events per month. This allows us to preserve the level of care, attention, and hospitality we’ve always been known for.Apollo Fields isn’t a wedding mill, and it never will be. We’re thoughtful about how the space is used, how it’s cared for, and how each gathering unfolds. Every time we host—now and always—we’re opening the doors to our home, not just a venue.
This has always been a deeply personal brand, and staying true to that philosophy is non-negotiable for us.

We’re inspired by couples who care deeply about creating a one-of-a-kind experience—celebrations that reflect their personalities, passions, and sense of intention. We’re drawn to those who value quality over quantity, feel connected to nature, and believe that something meaningful happens when people gather around a shared table.
We imagine garden cocktail hours, live music drifting through the evening, signature drinks poured generously, and candlelit dinners filled with long hugs, shared stories, and unfiltered laughter with your closest people.
If that vision excites you, we’d love to create something truly special together.
-
Absolutely—with the appropriate business insurance and licensing in place.
We don’t require couples to choose exclusively from a preferred vendor list. That said, we do take our responsibility seriously and perform thoughtful due diligence to ensure everyone involved is properly covered and aligned. We’re always happy to guide couples toward trusted professionals and help point them in the right direction as plans come together.
-

At this time, we can comfortably accommodate up to 15 vehicles and have room for overflow parking as well. For guests who plan to enjoy alcohol, we strongly encourage the use of ride-sharing services to ensure a safe and relaxed evening for everyone. -
Apollo Fields is, first and foremost, our private residence. It isn’t a big-box wedding venue, a ballroom, or a high-volume, turn-and-burn event space. You won’t find the scale or pace of traditional NY-metro catering halls here—and that’s intentional.
While we love photographing celebrations of all kinds in other settings, this property is designed for something more intimate and considered. That’s the experience we protect and offer here.
That said, we do make a limited number of reservations available to other photographers by permit. When approved, we’re happy to personally escort you through the property to ensure the experience remains respectful and seamless for everyone.
We’ve always valued working alongside like-minded creatives, and we look forward to thoughtfully welcoming photographers who align with the spirit of the space and our community.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and all guests depart the property by midnight.
