Why We Chose Not to Have an In-House Caterer

When we created Apollo Fields, we wanted couples to have more freedom.

A Few Simple Requirements
To keep your day running smoothly, we do ask that outside caterers:
Be professionally licensed and insured.
Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before your event.
Handle all food preparation and service.
Remove their equipment and catering-related waste at the end of the evening.
These requirements help protect everyone involved and ensure your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible.
